Canon Financial Services, Inc. is currently hiring for our 2016 Canon Insights Intern Program. The Insights Program is a comprehensive program that runs for 10 weeks during the summer. This is a full-time (8:30 AM to 5 PM), 37.50 hours a week, paid internship. This program is designed to provide students an opportunity to gain hands-on work experience by participating in significant work projects and exposure to various business units within Canon.
Customer Service Internship, responsible for providing professional, courteous service to both internal and external Canon customers and dealers. This position will have a strong focus on corresponding with customers as well as directly addressing and resolving incoming inquiries, via mail, email and phone. This project will also include a focus on researching and correcting the applicaiton of funds to ensure proper accounting as well as ensuring that all customer information and databaes are up to date and accurate.

We prefer students that are entering their Junior or Senior year as of the Summer 2016, however, all are welcome to apply. To succeed in the Insights Program, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Power point, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We also require candidates to be enrolled in a related major in the department of interest and have some former work or internship experience.
Students majoring in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing or Communications preferred.
