The Accommodations Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and approving all CSC and field requests for employment terminations while employees are on any form of a Leave of Absence. This role is also primarily responsible for the resolution of leave and accommodation date discrepancies via reporting and provides appropriate feedback to vendors and HR partners to make the necessary updates. The Accommodations Coordinator primarily responsible for responding to all Leave and Accommodation inquiries made to the Employee Relations Central Services department. He/she will collaborate directly with HR Shared Services Field HR, Legal, Store Management, Distribution Management and vendors in order to assist in the resolution of employee leaves and accommodation inquiries and discrepancies.
Essential Responsibilities: Process Termination Requests • Review, evaluate and process determinations for all employment termination requests submitted for employees who have had any form of Leave of Absence. • Process immediate pay state terminations based upon State guidelines. • Collaborate with Accommodation Specialists, Managers and Director as needed to mitigate risk. • Educates Field HR on unsupported termination requests.
