Position Overview:

The Account Manager, Distribution Channel is responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans with assigned Distributor accounts.


  • Understand, meet, and exceed quota objectives
  • Manage project development within Distribution channel
  • Effective use of CRM ( to manage opportunities, contacts, and leads
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Distributor sales personnel to ensure specification of product
  • Work with Canon regional sales team to implement approved initiatives and channel strategy
  • Attend National and Regional industry events as required
  • Coordinate and conduct trainings, events, on-site product demonstrations and roadshows
  • Understand market trends and dynamics


  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant business experience.
  • Candidate must be able to accommodate 35% overnight travel.
  • Position is a home-based position with a territory in the Northeast US.
