What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing & Communications, the Marketing Administrative Assistant assists with the day to day administrative requirements of the department. The Marketing Administrative Assistant performs diverse functions including trafficking advertisement and other collateral, maintaining digital and hard copy files for all marketing projects, maintaining a budget ledger, answering the office phone, copying and scanning documents and assisting in managing special events.

What You’ll Bring:
1-3 years’ experience in a fast-paced marketing office

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Must be familiar with editorial symbols

Highly organized and detail oriented

Demonstrated ability to manage budget ledgers and create budget spreadsheets

Proficient at Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point

Proficient at Social Media including RSS feeds

MS Visio Knowledge, Photoshop, Dreamweaver all a plus

Some college preferred
