Associate, Digital Revenue Operations

The Digital Revenue Operations Associate is essential to the day-to-day management of campaign promotions and yield management on O&O and Partner sites, using in-house and third-party Ad Serving, Content Management, and Reporting tools. The ideal candidate will possess a complementary blend of ad operations, data-analyses, and technical expertise, with specific experience and interest in the digital environment. He or she must have strong attention to detail with excellent quantitative and analytical skills. We are seeking an individual that is team-oriented, open to change — thriving in a fast-paced environment, has a positive attitude and is excited rolling up their sleeves and problem solving.

Responsibilities

All aspects of Ad Server campaign trafficking and management including:

* Creating and scheduling Orders/Line items for launch in DoubleClick platform

* Manage promotional creative including trafficking, QA and assignment

* Manage in-flight changes to campaigns and performance troubleshooting

* Program and update multiple RSS feeds using in-house Content Management System

* Maintain regular reporting across multiple platforms, including DoubleClick and Adobe Analytics, producing analysis and providing optimization recommendations to improve promotional yield

* Work across teams to achieve performance metrics thru the testing and incorporation of new/ improved products, platforms or vendors into the promotion distribution workflow

* Establish & maintain external partner relationships, delivering timely promotional assets to day-to-day contacts

* Create & maintain promotional calendars, documents and workflow documentation for purpose of sharing across internal and external teams

In addition to being organized, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, deadline-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

* Excellent communicator, comfortable on email, phone nd IM, with the ability to effectively manage communication style up, across and down

* Digital Media or agency experience preferred but not required

* Previous experience with digital ad technologies (HTML, Flash, ad servers, content management systems, etc.), Supply/Demand Side Platforms and Data Management Platforms is a plus

* Existing knowledge of Omniture, Web Analytics is a plus

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
