Position Overview:
Canon USA’s Latin America Group is seeking a Sales Admin III to be responsible for effectively and efficiently processing purchase orders and credit notes in a timely manner ensuring that all pertinent information and/or special instructions are processed accurately.

Responsible for verifying available inventory, product pricing, and entering order adjustments into the system, along with other charges and/or credits, checking for back orders and partial shipments.

Will assist Dealers/Distributors in responding to inquiries, resolving problems/complaints, and modifying orders.

Must demonstrate execellent customer service at all times.

Coordinate with Account Executives as to the status, requirements, conditions, funds verification, and credit limits of distributors.

Follow up daily in the order processing cycle: review the status of orders, daily reservations, shipping deadlines, monthly closings, daily emissions, allocations, and requestof special shipping instructions from customers.

Ensure immediate emissions/delivery and make sure all merchandise is shipped on time.

Investigate and process Credit & Debit Notes with regards to special promotions, offers, programs, price discounts in a timely manner.

Update and maintain records and dealer information in the system, and follow up on the order processing cycle.

Bachelor’s preferred; will accept a High School diploma with at least 5 years working with Microsoft Applications in a corporate environment.

Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills required.

Excellent Customer Service skills

Must be proficient in MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish; these skills will be assessed by a formal language test.
