Digital Marketing Manager/ Senior Manager – Repligen Corp – Waltham, MA


This individual will be the Repligenwebmaster and manage digital marketing initiatives for Repligen. Web-savvyapplicants with a bioprocessing background, strong quantitative abilities,great writing skills (no typos!), a creative mind, and an eye for design willflourish in this role.

This position may be located inWaltham, MA or off-site.

Responsibilities:
Webmaster

Act asRepligen webmaster, responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and proactivecontent development of the Repligen website, and an on-line marketing on demandtool

Analyze and report on website performance, campaigns, and social media efforts using a variety of analytics dashboards

Digital marketing

Create written and visual CTA-based and customer-centric content to post to the web, campaign pages, social media Manage SEO/SEM campaigns within a predetermined budget Develop, propose, implement, and optimize text and banner ad campaigns on a variety of platforms (AdWords, Bing/Yahoo Ads, LinkedIn, selected online sites) Liaise with and report out from salesforce.com for Marketing-related inbound information, ROI tracking, lead nurturing and lead scoring Execute defined digital marketing projects successfully on-time, on-budget and error-free Manage internal and external collaborations with key stakeholders

Qualifications :
Experience in marketing to the bioprocessing industry in particular and to life sciences in general, including familiarity with regulations affecting communications and advertising Knowledge of current online marketing, marketing automation, and social media best practices, including how to define, track, and measure success Ability to create and/or edit original graphics, copy and video required, using Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Strong sense of what makes something visually appealing online in websites, social media, photos and video Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills College degree or higher required

Webtechnical

At least 3 years experience required doing all or a combination of the following: CTA-based digital marketing, web design, CMS web maintenance Google Analytics certification required; AdWords and/or other online ad platform certification a plus Technical knowledge of and experience using web marketing tools such as widgets, RSS Feeds, HTML, CSS, APIs Technical knowledge of and experience with web marketing services such as Pardot, Hubspot, ClickTracks, Omniture, WebTrends, Supermetrics, Cyfe Conceptual understanding of front and back-end web development Experience with salesforce.com a plus
