Apply new and emerging technologies to enterprise software solutions, working with engineers to help analyze issues, investigate potential integration opportunities, and develop demonstration prototypes. Theme technology areas for this position include Cloud, Big Data, Data Mining, Data Visualization.
Utilize a combination of Big Data technologies and techniques to present results of data analysis as well as gain insight from visualized data.
Apply Big Data themes to produce a working prototype demonstrating the use of these themes in simulated enterprise environments.
Perform data analysis on a variety of data collected and uncover patterns and connections in the data that otherwise may go unnoticed. Develop simulations to validate any formulas and approaches applied. Web development
Pursuit of a Computer Science degree.
Experience with Java or Python (Preferred) or comparable programming language.
Exposure to and understanding of data mining, data visualization.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Willingness to rapidly learn new technologies and apply them to create proof-of concept (POC) prototypes.
Adapt to an agile development process.
