Position Overview:
The role is responsible for ensuring the overall day to day functionality of the Plan Procure Pay system and continued roll out of the system to Canon USA. Additionally, this role will provide support to the rollout of Plan Procure Pay to Canon USA’s subsidiaries, providing assistance with development and training of users.

Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries/issues regarding Plan Procure Pay in a timely manner. Act as a liaison with CIIS, IT, and F&A to resolve technical issues. Develop methodology for efficient issue tracking.

Monitor Therefore for project and workflow issues. Work with users to resolve issues

Develop analysis for AP and Plan Procure Pay SLA reporting

Train users on Plan, Procure, Pay system

Work with CIIS team on enhancements and phased improvements.

Assist with Implementation of Plan Procure Pay system. The role will provide support for development and training.

Qualifications:
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or an Associates degree with equivalent job experience and minimum of two years of progressive experience in a corporate finance and accounting environment with knowledge of financial transaction reporting and reconciliation. He/she must have a working knowledge of computerized accounting systems and spreadsheet software. Some travel may be requires.
