Job Responsibilities: *Provide knowledge management support to senior level managers within the Intelligence Community (IC). *Operate in an effective manner within a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking and meeting simultaneous deadlines during short periods of time. *Collaborate with management on strategy integration efforts, applying community-wide participation and intelligence sharing, including virtual communications and community outreach and engagement. *Optimize intelligence management efforts through the interaction and facilitation with virtual communities of interest, virtual community engagement on topics related to area of responsibility (AOR), promulgating lessons learned and best practices, and reporting metrics that assess progress against IC or USG intelligence strategies. *Leverage virtual collaboration tools, including chats, blogs, wikis, bookmarks, RSS feeds, and SharePoint sites.

Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with collaboration tools
  • 5+ years of experience in working with or in the intelligence community
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage competing priorities *Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Practitioner *Experience with all Agile Methodologies
  • BA or BS degree required or 8-12/Master 6-10 + years of experience with supporting IC collaboration efforts

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with IC research tools and databases
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent analytical and organizational skills *Technical applications development and/or project management experience
