Responsibilities:
The Manager Campaign Reporting and Analytics will be responsible for the day-to-day reporting needs of MSG and all of its operating properties and will provide enhanced and concise reporting around all of the Marketing Analytics team’s efforts including but not limited to email campaigns, mobile and social marketing, and retention/recapture efforts across all business units, with a particular emphasis on web analytics. The Manager Campaign Reporting and Analytics will incorporate Customer Lifetime Value metric into all analytics and help businesses inform their strategies leveraging that information. The Manager Campaign Reporting and Analytics will provide reporting and insights to better understand customer behavior, awareness, and satisfaction. This role will manage and maintain reporting systems and provide training and timely access to data and information in addition to training key stakeholders on all data that is available and being responsive to reporting requests from internal clients. The Manager Campaign Reporting and Analytics will also provide assistance in understanding data architecture and availability to manage expectations and make timely decisions to increase profitability, implement and maintain data reporting process for use across divisions and introduce new reporting techniques and templates into the organization, with executive level summaries for quicker insights and faster decision making.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have strong experience doing market research and database development, maintenance, implementation and integration, as well as solid knowledge of digital marketing and emerging technology. This position also requires experience with reporting tools and advanced analytics, knowledge of emerging market technology including usages of IM, RSS feeds, 3rd party content providers, personalization, text messaging etc. and knowledge of digital industry marketing practices. Key to success in this role will be extensive knowledge of campaign management tools including email execution systems and campaign reporting, excellent oral & writing skills (both business writing and creative writing for content) and technical proficiency with Ticketmaster/Archtics, Business Objects, Excel, Access, HTML, MS Project, and Visio. This position also requires the ability to manage external resources, juggle multiple projects, hit deadlines and manage operating expenses against established budgets.
