Position Overview:
Canon U.S.A., Inc. is currently seeking a Parts Representative I to be responsible for excellent customer satisfaction.

Providing assistance to customers via telephone, email and fax related to questions or concerns with orders and shipping issues involving parts, drums and media.

Providing pricing, availability, arrival date and tracking as needed.

Coordinating with Inventory Control and warehouses to ensure a timely process flow.

Tracking calls received against specific department criteria.

Inputting customer orders into the internal software database.

Investigating questions or concerns and responding and resolving accordingly.

Participating in department training sessions.

Assisting with special projects as necessary.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Excellent communication, organizational and MS Office skills are necessary. At least one year of experience in a corporate customer service call center is preferred. Hours for initial two month training period will be 9am – 5pm and then will be 11am – 7pm once training is completed.
