Virtual Imaging is currently seeking a Procurement Coordinator II to p rocess purchase order related invoices and ensure vendors are paid on time.
Processes purchase order related invoices and ensures vendors are paid on time.
Verifies all invoice information is accurate before submission to AP.
Monitors vendor statement and investigates past due and/or payment errors.
Requests and processes credit memos.
Receives, researches and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning invoice status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons.
Communicates material pricing variances to buyers.
Resolves receiving discrepancies with the local General Affairs location; when necessary escalates to buyer.
Identifies invoices that qualify for prepayment and process accordingly.
Prepares monthly statistics on receiving and pricing discrepancies, late payments and other reports as requested.
Other duties as assigned
Two year degree in Accounting or Finance required.
1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
