Specific Job Description:
Lattice is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join its team. The PMM will have overall product lifecycle management responsibility for the Crosslink product line, working in conjunction with other teams including segment marketing, R&D, Apps, and worldwide sales.

Key Accountabilities:
Lead the product definition process, including working with various segment marketing teams to document the business case and technical requirements in product MRDs.

Drive the product proposal through the PLM gate review process, including working closely with R&D on the technical feasibility and Finance on the business ROI.

Provide regular updates in the cross functional product development team to ensure the productization goals are aligned with latest marketing priorities and customer requirements.

Drive operational readiness including creating pricing strategy, samples availability, and sales training, to launch early access programs and secure early design win momentum.

Perform competitive analysis on a regular basis to create and update differentiated messaging, positioning, and value proposition collateral including customer presentations

Collaborate with Corp Mktg to plan and execute go-to-market promotion campaigns including website updates, press releases, analyst briefings, tradeshows, social media etc.

Proactively manage and drive the design-win and revenue funnel by collaborating with segment marketing, sales teams, and channel partners to meet or exceed annual targets.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills

Strong ability to drive cross-functional teams

Good mix of technical and business acumen

Highly motivated with “CEO of product” mindset

Willing to travel at least 10% of time

Required Experience

5+ years in semiconductor product marketing

FPGA experience strongly desired, but not a must

Bachelors Degree in EE or equivalent required, MBA a plus
