Position Overview:

The Sales Compensation Analyst will maintain and analyze various types of compensation information, participate in compensation surveys, coordinate job descriptions, and prepare and analyze survey data. Additionally, may assist in the preparation of merit budget and the development of salary ranges. Additionally, will collaborate with Sales Planning departments for monthly sales activity, quota assignment allocation, commission adjustments and the creation of commission process documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing monthly commissions for assigned divisions.
  • Create and /or modify calculation models to reflect the compensation requirements set by sales divisions.
  • Analyze and calculate monthly commissions for payment.
  • Update commission statements for monthly distribution to sales employees.
  • Review quota and manage quota assignments for given divisions.
  • Prepare Sales Packages and Quota Sheets for sales employees.
  • Update and review weekly HRIS changes.
  • Update Sales Compensation Structure documents and analysis.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining the MBO System for bonus incentives.
  • Assist with the Market Survey Sales Analysis by providing compelling data, creating charts, and powerpoint presentations.
  • Monitor Peoplesoft for Headcount Reporting and employee status changes.
  • Organize and maintain departments retention schedule.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum of 3 -5 years of related work experience.
  • Professional experience within sales or sales support environment with some understanding of compensation and/or payroll concepts is required.
  • Experience in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
