Paralegal certificate preferred.Minimum of five years of paralegal experience (or similar experience), including experience working with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulated Medical Devices or related products.Strong knowledge of principles relating to unfair and deceptive promotion and advertising practices within the Medical Device or other similar regulated industry.
