Job Description:
Understand all aspects of a product’s Operations development costs as well as per units costs.

Work with foundry and assembly house to ensure a correct and reasonable schedule is aligned

with Program Management and deliver Engineering Samples to various teams for development

efforts. Ensure that proper corner lot definition has been made and requested

with foundry. Support and assist in new product bring up and development. Support the QA&R

to ensure that the product HTOL, ESD, latch up, are all scheduled and specified properly prior to RTP (Release to Production).

Maintain appropriate engineering build plans to support product development. Understand the pre-production sample quantity needs of

marketing and ensure that can meet the needs of the customers. Understand the product ramp

requirement and as such ensure that all overseas test and assembly requirements are in place

in time of RTP. ATE and Bench data collection on corner lot material. Document/present the results

of the characterization effort and then help update Data Sheet. Make sure the system engineering

bench setup is ready for PE lab and run ATE to Bench correlation across PVT. Ensure that any

product that is going through RTP is production worthy. Post RTP (Relase to Production) Sustaining.

Required Skills

Minimum requirement of B.S.E.E. with 6-8+ years’ experience managing volume product releases.

  • Experience with ATE platforms (Advantest 93K or Credence Sapphire a plus)
  • Strong skill-set in analyzing statistical data to drive yield improvement efforts (experience with dataPOWER, JMP, yieldWerx, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience with bench equipment digital oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, A/V equipment to collect data
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • A Master’s degree – a plus
  • Extensive and specialized knowledge of the interactions between departments/disciplines and how their products/processes affect one another and impact non-operations processes (e.g., Engineering, Business, Logistics).
  • Responsible for products test and debug procedures implementation.
  • Wireless experience is a plus
