The Source Throughput Analyst will manage an integrated process to oversee the dissemination of satellite, airborne and commercial data to requester sites. The will also support the implementation of well designed dissemination strategies, support the development of collaborative networks for information sharing and work to expand these networks so that others may benefit, identify, integrate, and resolve policy, dissemination, and source data operations issues that drive ability to manage source data throughput across community interfaces, interface with customers and be responsible for keeping government management advised of system issues.
Additionally, they will ensure that GEOINT data is delivered on demand to customers, support all aspects of the end to end integration of GEOINT source providers, monitor and analyze requirements to ensure efficient and effective use of throughput management systems and assets to meet the needs of the Intelligence Community (IC), design and document National-Theater-Tactical integration for tasking, requirements management, and throughput management concepts to feed multi-agency centers, assist in the tracking, monitoring, evaluation, and ordering of commercial imagery, the management of all imagery tasking and accounting functions and in the tracking of all commercial imagery tasks, and assumes other special activities and responsibilities from time to time as assigned.
Required Skills and Education EDUCATION: High School/GED
Hiring for all skill levels. Candidates should have completed foundational training in Intelligence Analysis, Imagery/Geo-spatial Intelligence, or other related field.
SKILLS: Candidates must have knowledge of GEOINT collection platforms and sensors designed to assist in GEOINT collection, Production and visualization, the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community management policies, processes, and practices, Microsoft Office suite of tools, NSG’s Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) Processes, Enterprise Services Dissemination Processes and supporting architectures.
They should also have familiarity with tasking tools, both WEB and Classic, and WEB Fishtools, PRISM for research and tasking of airborne requirements, Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) software, as well as Web 2.0 tools such as wiki, blog, RSS and other Intelink collaboration tools, GIMS functionalities to include but not limited to Advanced Search, Dissemination Rules, Strategies, NGDS-Discovery Services, GIN Creation, GIN Modification and Approval, Tasking Dashboard, Geospatial Dashboard, Supplier Management, OOI Target Creation, OOI Query, OOI Modification, OOI Management, AGI Search, Virtual File Folders, and UIM-Approved Product Holdings (Report) Search.
