Supports the service organization with testing and monitoring of conformance to established quality assurance standards for Canon products.

Analyzes quality, repair and refurbishing data for trends.

Performs forecasting and inventory control of parts required for repair.

Inspects/tests new products for quality standards.

Evaluate technical issues, make recommendations and develop technical notices on counter measures.

Act as technical resource for the development of new training programs and other important projects.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 3 to 5 years of related experience.

Proficiency in MS Office, including practical knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

This positions requires some domestic and international travel (about 20%).
