Position Overview:
Possesses specialized knowledge or skills in a particular functional area. A developing professional, working towards full proficiency in the job role. Receives general instruction from manager on expected work outcomes and exercises good judgment in day-to-day matters. Typically reports to a Manager or Senior Manager, but may report to a senior professional individual contributor when business needs dictate.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for system administration for Talent systems (configuration, security management, set-up, changes and testing).

Acts as second level support for the enterprise users for Canon USA and subsidiaries.

Works with colleagues to gather data requirements and build accurate reports and metrics.

Schedules, compiles and runs reports to support business function and projects.

Supports budget management, tracking and reporting for HR team.

Documents processes, interfaces, data dictionaries and workflows.

Conducts security and regular system maintenance to optimize user experience.

Works closely with Talent and IT counterparts to identify areas of improvement.

Protects system resources and identifies data security concerns during the course of report design, testing and scheduling of reports.

May perform security administration tasks and project support.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

3 to 5 years of related xperience.
