The Learning Systems and Support Sr. Manager/Project Manager works with internal users, vendors, and the IT department to create and optimize software systems and web-based solutions to meet the needs of the organization. The position includes evaluating technology, information, and business processes and matching appropriate technology solutions to those business needs. They will identify, plan, develop, implement, and maintain solutions that support operational needs, primarily regarding training support. The manager will provide technical consultation to internal end-users, write detailed descriptions of user needs, write and manage project plans, and identify steps required to develop or modify business systems, translate requirements into business, and partner with IT and outside vendors to translate functional requirements into design specifications.
