Position Overview:
The ITCG Image Communication Product Marketing Division is seeking a Supervisor to support the planning and execution of market research and digital marketing strategies within the Camera/Video marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising team members and developing integrated research and analysis on market, consumer, competitor, and industry trends to support business objectives. The individual will also be responsible for managing all aspects of the customer database to develop and implement digital acquisition/retention strategies to maintain customer loyalty and generate new business opportunities.


  • Develop annual research priorities plan and strategy time-line through pro-actively leading and meeting with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and set direction that fits within budget guidelines.
  • Oversee the execution of Camera & Video Market and Sales POS data analysis to provide value-added insights to build customer loyalty and drive product sales, and to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports.
  • Provide integrated and detailed analysis on imaging market trends to identify emerging technology, pockets of opportunities for product development, competitor and channel insights, consumer behavioral trends, and guide the team to do so as well.
  • Manage all aspects of the registered user survey database programming and a nalyze database to generate deeper customer insights to develop targeted digital marketing acquisition/retention strategies that deliver the right message to the right customer to enhance the customer experience, grow customer loyalty and generate new business.
  • Source marketing intelligence vendors to support growing needs of the division and leverage vendor agreement negotiations to maximize cost effectiveness.
  • May attend trade shows and/or conferences to gather consumer, industry and competitor insights.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline and at least five years of related experience. Candidate must have strong experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint, preferred. Experience with Business Intelligence or similar customer database, preferred. Candidate should be detail-oriented with strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills. Candidate must be proactive and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Candidate must have previous experience supervising staff and be able to demonstrate strong decision-making skills. Position may require up to 10% travel.
