REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.

7+ Years doing your Marketing thang.

Ability to Demonstrate skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities

Proven success and track record as an individual contributor and manager who has grown top line results

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (If you get the job that is):
Develop the annual marketing plan and the strategies, tactics and resources necessary to achieve system and goals.

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for project and services.

Plan and oversee advertising and promotional activities including print, online, electronic media, and traditional media.

Hang in an upscale industrial office suite full of the best snacks Costco has to offer.

Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets and goals.

Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.

Create engaging and consistently branded marketing campaigns across all marketing channels.

Work with our data scientists to collect and analyze data relating to marketing effectiveness, customer churn, and other important KPIs.

Manage all employees of the department and take responsibility for the performance management and hiring of employees within the Marketing Department.

Provide marketing skills and expertise to the company by building, developing and managing a marketing team capable of carrying out the necessary marketing strategies and tactics.

Ensure all marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources.

Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.

Prepare presentations to explain the company’s current and future strategies.
