It is more important than ever for each of us to find healthy ways to adapt to the constant changes and stresses caused by the pandemic. FlexJobs was thrilled to host Taylor Adams, Manager of Workplace Mental Health at Mental Health America (MHA), to share her expert insights and resources about the best ways to manage stress and mental health.
FlexJobs partnered with MHA to conduct a survey of more than 1,500 respondents to check in on how people are faring mentally at work during these unprecedented times.
According to the survey, mental health as a whole is suffering since the start of the pandemic, but stress is of particular concern to workers. Of employed workers, 42% say their stress levels are currently high or very high, while 47% of those who are unemployed report high-stress levels.
