Manage, grow, and develop current PHM podcasts to their maximum potential and actively work to bring new shows to the network, both internally and externally.
_Duties: _
**-Consistently coach and grow each PHM podcast to elevate their potential and grow as a show
-Review weekly and months podcast stats with CEO, COO to find and understand trends
-Answer general podcast questions from show hosts
-Manage daily turn-in of episodes from shows, ensure proper information is turned in
-Assess potential shows PHM could create and help to bring them to fruition (true crime, audio drama, etc)
-Send out a monthly report to shows with previous months stats and other information
-Setup new shows in Spreaker and ensure RSS feed is distributed to proper platforms
-Work closely with CEO, COO in general growth and management of PHM’s grow in podcasting
-Identify areas of weakness within PHM and create plans to fix and move the network in a positive direction forward
