The Role
Working as a tech support rep, you’ll help customers via calls or emails. Some of your daily tasks might include:
- Retrieving or resetting customer usernames and passwords
- Helping customers navigate apps
- Troubleshooting email issues
- Resolving data sharing and synchronization issues
This second shift position (working between 1:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Eastern Time) is entry-level. You should have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of customer service experience. You’ll also need high-speed internet in your home office.
