CGI Federal is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Knowledge Manager for a large Federal Client. This individual will play a key role in driving increased levels of end user satisfaction and enhancing the end user experience. The position has excellent opportunities for growth, as the individual will be working with a highly technical and motivated client.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Establish and maintain a KM database to support CA/CST and inform the enterprise and its stakeholders. Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistent support of the environment. Develop and maintain Knowledge Based Articles (KBAs) for use by CA/CST IT Teams.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- BS – Degree or relevant experience in IT-related or equivalent
- 10+ Years work experience related to the technical requirement.
- Demonstrated proficiency working in a fast paced environment and ability to multi-task and meet short deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience working with virtual collaboration tools including chat, blogs, micro-blogs, wikis, bookmarks, RSS feeds, SharePoint and SharePoint designer experience.
- ITILv3 Intermediate
