Association Management Company is looking for a sharp, experienced and knowledgeable Functional Consultant who can assess alternative solutions, then implement the selected solutions.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have expertise and experience configuring and generating reports for Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Salesforce, Fonteva and similar systems to help drive our company to state-of-the art capability for events and membership. Experience in assessing alternatives then implementing such a program is critical and having worked for or consulted to a trade association is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Salesforce, Fonteva for Membership and Events Operations

• Conduct trade study between above and similar systems for Events, Membership and possible Quickbooks integration, then provide recommendations to President and team
• Configure systems to generate graphics automatically from above data sources
• Implement and integrate chosen systems, Salesforce is already being used, though its use can be expanded
• Train staff on capabilities and how to best use new system
• After initial implementation, consult to the company for maintenance and any expansion and implementation of new systems and tools
• Develop RSS feeds on topics of interest to the team

Required Qualifications and Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or similar field

· Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Salesforce, Fonteva and 1-3 years or more of experience membership and events expertise and experience

· Must be US citizen

Compensation and Location

· $40-50 / hour, depending on experience. 8-16 hours / week for 4 weeks to do trade study and implementation, then shift to hourly consulting mode

· Work will be performed at small office in McLean, VA and / or remotely

· Living in VA, MD or DC preferred
