As a military spouse, Stephanie J. has always had a special relationship with flexibility. Three years of remote work has had such a dramatic impact on Stephanie that she’s positive she could never work in an office again. “I’ve been able to co-lead [my daughter’s] girl scout troop and volunteer at many of her school and soccer functions, and be there for all her school programs even while my husband is traveling—all while earning an income to help provide for my family.”
