According to a forecast of employment trends by the World Economic Forum, work flexibility is one of the biggest drivers of transformation in the workplace.

FlexJobs’ 8th annual survey found that 30% of workers have reported leaving a job because it did not offer flexible work options. Sixteen percent are currently looking for a new job specifically because of work flexibility issues.
