Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have three (3) years of experience with providing services in the area of digital information architecture.
• Must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience in public sector website design and development.
• Must have three (3) years of experience in providing website design and development services to State of California organizations.
• Must have three (3) years of experience in the providing Project Management services to State of California organizations.
• Must have implemented Web Content Management Solutions for at least three (3) California State Government Websites
• Must have three (3) of experience in using the California State CA.GOV standard templates.
• Must have completed a minimum of two (2) Web-Content Management Systems (CMS) implementations, with distributed content authoring and workflow and approval for content publishing.
• Must have three (3) years of experience with accessibility compliance with WCAG AA and ADA section 508 compliance.
• Must have a minimum of three (3) projects that included the development and delivery of Web-Content Governance processes and procedures.
• Must have three (3) years of experience with websites state-of-the-web features of responsive design, social media integration, search engineer, integration of audio and video, RSS technology to deliver blogs, news feeds and podcasts, along with dynamic event applications such as online calendars.
• CCC requires that candidates demonstrate their respective knowledge, skills, and abilities for this project which should include the following:
• Knowledge of and experience with the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with the latest website development trends.
• Experience with website design and redesign, and strategies and techniques for reorganizing large amounts of data.
• Experience with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in regard to how it applies to website development.
• Experience with front-end web design principles and architectural design of websites
• Ability to hand-code HTML5 and modify existing static and dynamic web sites by applying current search engine optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project (Project Manager), IIS, PHP, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Certified Web Designer (CWD) and HTML5 Certification.
