LightWorkers Media OTT, LLC (LWM) is seeking a Digital Video Asset Manager who will track, manage, report and streamline video asset delivery and ingestion for the soon-to-launch LightWorkers digital experience. LWM, a joint venture among MGM, Mark Burnett and Roma Downey, is focused on the creation, production and distribution of unique programming and strategic brand partnerships for the last unclaimed vertical: faith- and family-friendly programming. As LWM is a start-up venture and first-mover in the faith and family vertical, the ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, proven expertise in video asset management and publishing processes, and be a team player who can collaborate seamlessly across a lean team, and with strategic partners to meet and deliver against deadlines.
The Digital Video Asset Manager will report to the Director of Operations and will work closely with internal editorial and video teams, third-party syndication partners, social and marketing teams, and external production companies to ensure that video assets are both received and distributed completely, correctly and uploaded in a timely manner. You will be responsible for establishing, improving and overseeing standard operating procedures, will lead and manage the video asset library, will be accountable for training others on the asset management tools.
