Job Summary:
This position plays a central role in the smooth and successful operation of all Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate systems and technologies. S/he works closely with colleagues, vendors/agencies, help desk and developers to ensure that performance objectives are met on a day-to-day basis. The Manager will be responsible for managing the operation and configuration of all web site technologies and data feeds including incident management, performance monitoring and reporting, site tagging and releases.

Key Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact for client services team, internal stakeholders, brokers, and vendors to troubleshoot, resolve or escalate issues and questions for interactive team’s systems, programs and campaigns.

Evaluate and manage solutions and vendors used for monitoring, hosting and optimization of interactive technologies.

Responsible for implementing processes and procedures for monitoring and analyzing performance of websites and integrations to ensure maximum uptime, reliability and speed.

Document and communicate technology performance, incidents, outages and releases to internal teams.

Educate and create documentation on technical requirements in order to improve quality, streamline resolution of common issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsible for operational testing of all BHG systems, programs and campaigns.

Provide input for technical projects impacting internal systems and 3 rd party solutions.

Monitor all data integration, including data integrity, data feeds, data processing, APIs, and outbound feeds.

Manage all DNS, hosting and platforms used for the brand’s digital products.

Establish and manage process for onboarding new companies, ensuring smooth transition and integration of data feeds, access to internal tools and launch of customized broker websites.

Primary liaison between Interactive team and internal technology, learning, technology and help desk teams.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields

2-5 years experience managing or supporting web, content and data systems

Strong knowledge of web technologies and platforms including HTML, CSS, JS, AJAX, SSL, DNS, SQL, PHP, XML, RSS

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, WordPress, and Help Desk tools

Working knowledge of CDNs, performance monitoring tools, tag management, content management, and web analytics solutions

Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
