  • Reporting to the department Director, will manage the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of commercial, off the shelf applications
  • Will be the primary liaison between the business units that use these applications and the Information Technology dept.
  • While much of this role focuses on managing applications , our SDLC, vendor relationships, four direct reports, onsite and offsite consultants; and, this individual is also expected to be hands-on, working closely with the technology and their team.
  • Manage a team while providing for their professional growth and development.

  • About to undergo a major ERP re-evaluatiion. Keep current ERP or move away from it

  • 2 years’ managing and developing an IT team responsible for enterprise applications and integrations
  • 5 years’ experience managing ERP platforms and other enterprise-level packaged applications.
  • 3 years hands-on development experience, leading custom development efforts using contemporary technologies including,

but not limited to, .Net, ETL, and SOA

  • 5 years’ experience supporting integration technologies

A Plus

  • 5 years’ experience supporting SQL integration technologies, including SSIS, SSRS and SSAS
  • 5+ years of practical experience managing projects, implementing systems and defining business requirements using processes

and methods including but not limited to ITIL, PMI, RUP, and Agile.

  • Working knowledge of mid- to top-tier ERP platform.
  • Experience implementing, configuring and supporting OTS software.
  • Experience integrating with cloud solutions.
  • Proficient in technical writing.
