General Job Description:

The Project Manager is responsible for fulfilling contracts by managing the on-boarding, site survey, recommendation and installation process to ensure that our clients experience a smooth program implementation. The Project Manager will work directly with clients, vendors and internal departments to deploy projects that are on time, in scope and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with Clients to determine deployment schedule and deadlines
• Schedule and coordinate technical site surveys and installations
• Collect all technical details to achieve desired project scopes
• Study survey results to create placement and install documentation
• Develop and present placement recommendations to Clients for approval
• Order hardware to fulfill desired project scopes of work
• Develop comprehensive project deployment timeline to share with Client and internal staff
• Schedule and mange technical crews to meet company-wide project demands
• Proof, build-out and load media for new and reoccurring Clients in content management systems
• Liaison between Client Coordinator and Technical Support personnel to ensure optimal Client satisfaction

Qualifications for the Job:

• Five (5) plus year in project management field
• Advanced time management and analytical skills
• Excellent Client-facing verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Word, Excel, Smartsheet, CRM
• Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus
• Advanced ability to easily grasp technology

Salary: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
