SR WM MM SR ANALYST – $ Market + 15% Bonus and has been paid for the last 10 years

My client is expanding and opening up a new fulfillment center in Ontario

An international outsourcing service provider. – Not a consulting company. No travel except for training.

  • We design and implement solutions for a wide variety of business processes throughout integrated service chains.
  • You will be a key resource for SAP WM and MM with business experience in relevant processes and applications. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving production issues.
  • Function as single point of contact for all WM/MM related topics such as warehousing, shipping,RF scanning, HU Management, printing, and interfaces to carriers and vendors and is able to analyze and troubleshoot complex processes and business scenarios.
  • Primarily support projects and/or support our backend processes.
  • The position requires strong communication and organizational skills as well as a follow-through mentality.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • 60 % – 1st Level support – Ability to work with the CSU (Central Super User team) in troubleshooting the plant and Corporate support issues.
  • Work in both operational and support environments and on some customer based implementation projects.
  • Adheres to established methodologies and processes for operational support.
  • Provides the in-depth knowledge of functionality and configuration of the applications.
  • Responsible for understanding business needs and designing, configuring, and testing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Translate business requirements into solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
  • In both environments, the Sr. WM/MM Consultant is expected to understand and enforce established quality standards, enterprise architecture standards, and compliance controls.
  • In depth analysis of existing solutions (or legacy applications).
